Google puts in bid to buy Microsoft

Thank goodness.  We caught this from a highly placed executive with inside information who was visiting an attendee at the Copenhagen Upgrade conference.  It's part of their effort to expand their reach on the Internet and into the Enterprise.

This mandate a major rebranding of Microsoft's former offerings.  From what we've heard, expect to see changes in the whole product line.

Google will be selling off the Vista line.  No reason has been provided.

MS Word becomes GWord.

MS Powerpoint becomes GPoint.

MS Excel becomes GExcel.

And MS Access becomes GAckcess.

MSNBC becomes GNBC and will go 7/24 with music videos.

It certainly will be a most interesting year.

Subtle....

And the pic makes you look Danish/Doobie Bros/ABBA-esque. Just trying to fit in with Copenhagen? :-)
